AI Chatbots in eLearning
The goal of this project was to explore how AI could be used within an eLearning course—not just behind the scenes. I designed a scenario-based experience where learners practice soft skills by conversing with a simulated client through a custom-built chatbot. The process involved defining key learning objectives, designing visuals and interactions, and using prompt engineering to train the chatbot’s behavior. The final result gives learners a realistic, interactive way to apply their knowledge in a lifelike conversation.
