Dive into Jewelry Sales
The goal in this project was to equip the employee with a foundational understanding of jewelry to work autonomously and drive sales. The process to design the course involved consulting with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to determine learning objectives, utilizing an action map to analyze behaviors and create a layout for scenarios, developing text-based storyboard and visuals, and building an interactive prototype. The final course was published after receiving approval and underwent thorough testing.
